Working Together: A Handbook
The handbook guides you through each method. Whether you are a beginner or have been guiding teams for a long time, you will find a method that suits your skill level. The methods are categorised according to the time required for preparation and implementation.
How to use the handbook:
- Think about a past group situation that you would like to change.
- Familiarise yourself with the situations described in the handbook and choose the one that suits you best.
- Go through the methods and choose the most suitable for your group.
