Method description
Put a notebook and a pen in an easily accessible place. Ask the people working in your area of responsibility to write things in it (daily, if necessary) that they have noticed to disturb, hinder or prevent seamless or safe working.
Discuss the written observations regularly. In a group, think about how their impact could be eliminated or reduced. Invite the occupational safety representative to the meetings from time to time so that they are also aware of the situation.
