In this animation we are presenting a fatal occupational accident based on TOT 2/17 report. The case report presents the view of the investigation team on the events leading to the accident and risk factors, and recommendations for the prevention of similar accidents.
The animation shows the economic impact of accidents at work. In addition to the costs covered by workers’ compensation insurance, accidents at the workplace cause many other kinds of harm, such as disturbance, additional work, delays and reputational damage.
