Preventing and handling inappropriate treatment in the workplace
This publication is meant to support workplaces in preventing and handling harassment and other inappropriate treatment and in drafting procedures and guidelines relating to these situations.
The publication defines the key concepts and describes the principles of professional workplace behaviour. In addition, guidelines for inappropriate treatment are issued and the employer’s activities in the investigation and elimination of inappropriate treatment are discussed in particular.
