The guide includes a description of the most important rights and obligations of foreign workers. For the most part, the rights and obligations of foreign workers are the same as those of Finnish workers. In addition to legislation, requirements and rights are set for forestry employers and workers in the collective agreement valid in the sector and in forest certification requirements.
