The assessment of well-being at work
The assessment of well-being at work will help you evaluate the practices that promote well-being at your workplace: what areas of well-being at work are implemented well at your workplace and what areas still need development.
The assessment contains five themes:
- Leading well-being at work
- A well-functioning work community
- Workload management and eliminating work hazards
- Developing skills and competence
- Health and work ability.
The assessment is useful when you start the developing project and when you are following how the project is going ahead. At the assessment of well-being at work you will assess the practices promoting well-being at work.
You can use the assessment free of charge, but you need to create a user account.
