Description
The Occupational Health and Safety Complementary Course focuses on developing occupational health and safety activities and well-being at work. Through selected themes, participants strengthen their ability to improve safety in practice, identify and manage work-related hazards and workload factors, and use safety indicators to support development. The methods used during the training days also enable discussion and shared learning.
The training consists of a pre-course assignment and two training days.
It is suitable as a continuation of the Occupational Health and Safety Basics course.
Goal
The objective is to strengthen participants’ ability to develop workplace safety systematically, based on information and connected with everyday workplace practices. Current themes help participants deepen their practical competence in identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and defining and implementing measures. The course also addresses current OHS topics, including psychosocial and cognitive workload.
Target group
