Description
Order a new Occupational Safety Card to replace a lost one. The price for a replacement card is € 10. Delivery cost for a card delivered by mail is € 4.50.
A lost Occupational Safety Card can only be replaced if the original card is valid. If you are unsure of the validity of your card, you can request a validity check from the Centre for Occupational Safety in advance, either by email kortti@ttk.fi or phone +358 9 616 261. The delivery time for the card is approximately 2 weeks.
