Description

Well-being at Work Card® training – competence and motivation for development!

Well-being at work can be promoted most efficiently in the workplace by working together. The Well-being at Work Card® training is intended for supervisors, occupational safety and health co-operation personnel and anyone interested in developing well-being at work. The training strengthens the common understanding of well-being at work, outlines the roles and responsibili-ties and promotes co-operation.

The training consists of independent online learning between November 6-20 and a webinar on 25th Nov at 9.00 - 12.30.

Goal

The training provides tools for promoting well-being at work in your workplace and developing it systematically and collectively.

Well-being at work helps work community to succeed and prolongs working careers. Personnel who feel well are motivated, committed to their work and acts responsibly in the work community.

The training strengthens the common understanding of well-being at work, outlines the roles and responsibilities and promotes co-operation. The training will provide answers for the following questions:

  • What is well-being at work made up of?
  • What resources and development needs does the workplace have?
  • How can management and the work community promote well-being at work?
  • How can the workload be managed while promoting resilience, health and work ability?
  • How can competence be developed and shared?
  • How can the psychological safety of the work community be strengthened?
  • What is a well-functioning work community like?

Target group

The Well-being at Work Card® training is intended for management, supervisors and all personnel.

The training consists of independent study online between November 6-20 and a webinar section on the 25th Nov at 9.00 - 12.30.

Online studies cover the following themes:

  • Theme 1: Concept of well-being at work

  • Theme 2: Management, leadership and well-being

  • Theme 3: A well-functioning work community.

 

The webinar section programme:

  • Reviewing the key themes

  • Highlights of the tasks in the online section

  • Discussing practices for pro-moting well-being at work

  • What will we do next?

 

A successful training day requires commitment from all of us. Receiving a Well-being at Work Card requires attendance throughout the entire day, including participation in the revision. We cannot arrange any other revision opportunities.

After the training
The goal of the training extends beyond just one day. You can return to the module on well-being at work by using a printed or electronic book shared in the training. The training day and its materials help with identifying change needs, finding solutions to them and initiating joint development in the workplace. The Well-being at Work Card online service also has additional materials, which can be used for support in further work. The Well-being at work assessment questionnaire can also be used in further work free of charge. See also: www.tyohyvinvointikortti.fi.

Terms of cancellation
Registration is binding. You can cancel without charge at the latest 15 days before the training starts. 50 % of the training fee will be charged for cancellations received after that date. If we are not notified of absences at least 7 days before the training starts, the entire fee will be charged. Participant can be changed without extra costs. Please inform the training coordinator about the change, before the training.
