Feedback and discussion
A successful online course requires commitment and presence from every participant. Functioning internet connection is needed as well as a camera and sound system. Use your main computer during the course and at least your forename when logging in, so that we can recognize all the participants.
Completion of the course and obtaining the certificate requires full presence on the course and completing all the tasks during the scheduled time. Participants passing the course will receive a certification.
If you have an essential need to be absent inform the trainer responsible in advance to agree about the possible compensatory assignments.

Terms of cancellation
Registration is binding. You can cancel without charge at the latest 15 days before the training starts. 50 % of the training fee will be charged for cancellations received after that date. If we are not notified of absences at least 7 days before the training starts, the entire fee will be charged.
Participant can be changed without extra costs. Please inform the training coordinator about the change, before the training.
